Do you sell wholesale?

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, I do! I ship to wherever on the planet you may live. Letters are cheaper to send, however they do not have international tracking numbers. If a product sent as a letter should disappear forever, Stellaria will not give any refunds. Parcels are more expensive to send, but they can be tracked inside Europe and to some overseas countries. Let me know if you would like me to send your scarf as a parcel against a small increase in shipping fees
How long will it take to get my package?
This depends on the time of the year (at Christmas everything takes a while longer) and the shipping method.
Which shipping methods are available?
I send by international mail. If you should need a textile very fast, let me know and I will arrange an express shipment.
Do I need to pay taxes and custom fees?
If you live outside of Norway, all products are without Norwegian VAT which amounts to 25 %. However, you may need to pay a customs fee when the textile arrives in your country, depending on your country’s regulations. If you happen to live inside Norway, you will need to pay 25 % VAT, I am afraid.
Which payment methods do you accept?
I only accept payments by credit card.
Is buying online safe?
Yes, it is absolutely safe. The site has a standard international SSL certificate.
Can I return a product?

Can I wash your textiles?
Yes, you can!

Wash by hand or use the wool washing programme, max 30 degrees Celsius and special wool/silk detergent only. Iron with steam and iron on silk/wool setting.

What are your terms and conditions?
Large textiles are always sent as parcels with an international tracking number. Caution: tracking numbers do not always apply when shipping to other continents. Small textiles like scarves can either be sent as letters (cheaper) or parcels (more expensive). Letters have no tracking number and Stellaria will take no responsibility if the letter should not arrive at it’s destination and will not give refunds. If you would like me to send your scarf as a parcel with tracking number for a small increase in shipping costs, let me know
If you for whatever reason would like to return the textile you bought, please send it back to me telling why. The customer is responsible for paying the return shipment and money is only refunded for undamaged goods that has never been used.
